Our service offering entails a customisable end-to-end package for your project, covering every step from planning to final assembly and including dependable contact persons. Since all steps of development and processing are carried out on our own premises, we can guarantee flexibility and ease of project handling.
Structural Analysis & Construction
Ongoing optimised training and the use of the most common software applications and packages are hallmarks of our Technical Department team, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency in addressing almost any need.
Production
All processing is carried out directly at our site on a total production area of about 10,000 m². Experienced and skilled workers handle all steps of your project from receiving the semi-finished products to inspecting the outgoing goods.
Your project is implemented by experienced specialists from the arrival of the primary material to the outgoing goods inspection.
The processing of stainless steels (rust-, acid- and heat-resistant steels) is carried out strictly separately in our own production halls.
Our modern machines ensure safe procedures, with maximum precision and a wide range of different machining.

Production | Assembly & Welding
The MAG(135, 136), TIG(141) and E(111) welds created by our certified welders are approved in conformity with EN ISO 3834, EN 1090 EXC 4, EN 15085-2 CL 1, EN ISO 17660 Part 1. Four welding supervisors (IWE, IWT, 2x IWS) ensure the perfect quality of welds the welders create on the following materials:
• General structural steels
• Weldable fine-grained steels
• Rust, acid and heat-resistant steels
• Aluminium
Sandblasting & Varnishing
Our continuous flow path sandblasting machine processes components up to 2,000 mm wide, 800 mm high and up to 16,000 mm long. Larger components are manually shot-peened in a sandblasting shop.
Our main paint shop (20 m x 16 m) is used for airless painting processes. In our cyclic paint shop, water-soluble paints are applied to components up to 3,000 mm long, 1,000 mm wide, 750 mm high and a maximum unit weight of 1,000 kg.
