History

Styrian skills for over 40 years!

1979 Established by Ing. Werner Stadler as a small metalworking shop employing 5 persons
1980 Move to our current location

Very quickly, the Styrian family-owned enterprise develops into a competent and multifaceted steel engineering services provider, which in the 90s had successfully established a sound reputation of being a partner of notable crane and equipment manufacturers.

1991 Styrian Panther Award
1993 Licensed as a Quality Grade 1 welding business in conformity with ÖNORM M 7812
1994 Licensed in conformity with ÖNORM EN 729-2
1995 ISO certified to manufacture and assemble steel and facility constructions and to provide industrial rigging services
1997 Mag. Helga Stadler joins the company

1997 Affiliate ESTET Personal GmbH established to specialise in providing skilled metal industry labour

2000 Chosen by a global crane manufacturer as “Supplier of the Year 2020” for our schedule adherence from a global base of 700 suppliers

2000 DIN 6700 certification allowed the ESTET welding specialists to enter the market of railway engine and wagon components, which led to a rail vehicle manufacturer subsequently recognising the company as “Outstanding Supplier” several times

2006 SCC certification for our safety management system

2010 Top-category EN 15085-CL1 certification (successor to DIN 6700) for the welding of rail vehicle components

2011 Sole management transferred to the next generation

2012 Top-category EN 1090 EXC 4 certification for the making of steel and aluminium structures

2015 OHSAS 18001 certification for occupational health & safety

2019 EN ISO 17660 added to previous certifications, hence “licensed” for steel reinforcement welding

2020 Issuance of RZV 15.05.11 factory approval for corrosion protection of steel and aluminum structures

2021 Certification to ISO 45001:2018, the standard for occupational safety and health and integration into the existing management system

Today the total production area of about 10,000 m² houses workshops for making products and components for a broad range of industries to strictest quality standards
